There are many things in life that can affect our mood and put us at a lower vibration. For some it's:

We all have days where things just don't go to plan and we struggle to keep spirits high. That's okay, it's normal to not feel good all the time. It's okay not to be okay. Sometimes we need a duvet day, snuggle up watching a sad movie and have a good cry. Allow yourself to feel your emotions. Don't push them away, they need to be heard, felt and understood! Ignoring them doesn't make them disappear.
But when a day turns into a few days and your mood hasn't lifted, you begin to feel worse and it begins having a negative impact on aspects in your life...it is time to take action.
